DCC is a member of the Elim Pentecostal Church which has around 500 churches in the UK and partners with over 8000 churches around the world. Elim was the name of an oasis in the desert (Exodus 15 v 27) where the people of Israel were refreshed and we seek to be a place where men and women can be refreshed in Jesus Christ. Our services are lively and spontaneous, this is because we loveto praise God for who He is and what He has done for us. In our services special emphasis is given to the preaching of God's Word as we believe that it builds up the people of God and teaches us how to live as disciples of Jesus.

We often make time in our services to pray for people, as we believe that God answers the prayers of His people and that He heals and touches their lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.
