DCC have a team of staff who work and oversee the various ministries of the church.
Senior Minister - David Ayling. He is married to Julia and they have two sons called Benjamin and Thomas. David completed his theological training at the Elim Bible College in Nantwich. He pastored an Elim Church in Stoke on Trent for 10 years before coming to pastor Derby City Church in January 2002. Email Dave on dave@derbycitychurch.co.uk
Associate Minister - Dan Rubens. He is married to Jo and they have three daughters, Elisa, Natalya and Beatrice. Dan finished his training at Elim's Theological College in 2002 and joined the church originally as our Youth Pastor before taking on his present role of Associate & Community Pastor.

Children's Worker - Eve Allen. Eve is married to Ray and has been a part of DCC for many years. She is responsible for overseeing DCC'S ministry to children and families and works tirelessly to provide creatve, exciting and God centred programmes for our children.

Youth Worker - Liz Law. Liz took the opportunity to join staff in September 2006. She is responsible for overseeing DCC's ministry to our teenagers and provides a fresh and relevant program for young people. Liz is engaged to Ed and is getting married in September 2010.

Administrator - is Viv Merkelt. Married to Rob, Viv has two daughters, Rachel & Katie. Viv works in the church office providing administrative support to the pastoral team and also handles the finances of the church.

Pastoral Worker - Rob Greenbank. Rob has been a part of DCC for many years serving as a deacon and is now a part of the eldership of the church. In 2004 he took the opportunity of working for the church in a pastoral capacity. He is responsible for Pastoral care and visitation. He is married to Sally and they have 3 grown up children.
Church Worker - Denise Hawley. Denise is married to Mick and runs Jumping Jacks, our parent and toddller group. She also works as part of our pastoral care and visitation team.
